The founders of Duke are possessing rich & vast experience in pumps industry with a team of 300 professionals, includes technocrats, Engineers, MBA & experienced. / trained operators on most modern & sophisticated machines, equiped with R& D section to manufacture quality Products. Thus Duke has received ISO 9001- 2000 Certification for its better quality management system & ISI Certification for its entire products range.

How Duke ensures & maintains its Quality standard consistently.

We have a qualified & trained engineers in our Research & Development section to ensure better quality products through continuous process of testing of raw materials & watch constantly quality Para-meters which follows various national & nternational norms & standards like ISI, ASTM, ISO, and there are several check points of Quality of the product during the entire Process.

At each & every steps of process a team of Technicians certify the relevant part for further process and after the final process each & every pump set or any products get tested at our fully automatic testing laboratory. To our Satisfaction & verification, we also get tested our product items finally through certified laboratories & conduct 3rd party inspection from certified agencies such as EQDC, BIS, ERDA, CIPET, RITES, SGS & NSIC. After obtaining the final approval from the concerned agencies, products get dispatched to our valuable customers.

Quality control section have a special cell for SPC & SQC for analyze the day to day data to make our product more qualitative.

Customer Relations Management:- we have regular customer care section, equipped with a team of Qualified & experienced technocrats, who are always stand available to serve customers upto their utmost satisfaction & redressal of their complaints. This CRM is placed under the supervision of Head of QC section at our factory site.

We have world class infrastructure & fully automatic machinery, control panels & CNC machines with computerized monitoring systems & other essential instruments. we have also a conference hall, Rest room & canteen facility at our factory. We have also regular HR Division at plant level as well as in our central marketing office, based at Ahmedabad, headed by the professionals. we have complied with all safety devices under the Factory Act.

We also depute our officers, employees & technical staff to attend Job- related seminars, workshop & training institutes for acquiring knowledge & Skill for better quality products.

In our manufacturing unit, we have successfully implemented modern Japanese systems i..e. introduction of KANBAN, KALZEN, 6 SIGMA & 5S etc.

We have recently started manufacturing wide range of pumps i.e. submersible pump sets, motors, openwell submersible pumps, Domestic Mono Blocks pumps etc.

Under our capacity expansion programmer at our plant, there will be no longer put constraints on delivery schedules, as such delivery schedules given to our clients will be maintained uninterruptedly & timely.

We have also formulated & implemented innovative marketing strategies for business development which involves maintaining cordial relations actively with our existing clients, in the markets as we have strong dealers net work through out the country.
